Vermouth Bianco

Origin: Italy
Primary ingredients: preferably young wines and specific herbs
Production process: It is prepared from base wine by adding mixture of herbs and spices. These additives are infused and macerated in a base white wine, than the liquid is filtered and fortified adding alcohol. At last, the liquid is sweetened with sugar.
Visual exam: straw yellow color.
Olfactory exam: particularly delicatetaste whilst mantaining itsintensity.
Taste exam: sweet and velvety, full and harmonious.
Alcohol content: 16%vol.
